Aircraft Maintenance Engineering is experiencing a national skills shortage.
The aircraft maintenance skilled labour shortage is at crisis point. Maintenance organisations, particularly those in regional areas, are struggling to employ and retain LAMEs.
Though interestingly, data taken from The Careers Department student profiling reveals that whilst 11.3% of our students are considering trades, 50% of these students haven’t yet decided which trade to pursue.

How We Deliver.
TCD produces content that really ‘shows’ students inside an industry by capturing a walkthrough of their office, lab or workplace. Our role is to break down misconceptions and broaden career perspectives. The content produced with Qantas aimed to show students the opportunities within aircraft maintenance.
