Every school now has unlimited student accounts included within a base subscription. This makes it easier to promote The Careers Department across your whole school community—no need to worry about which year levels or student groups have accounts. It goes hand-in-hand with the launch of a new product feature where you have the ability to create a school careers website (available from Term 1).

All students get access to our core features - this includes our industry exploration content, profiling, resume builder, e-portfolio and more. Premium students get access to our full library of Lessons, Virtual Work Experience, and Skills Training modules, while Standard students have limited access to these modules: ~20 modules vs. 150+ modules. This keeps costs manageable for schools while supporting us to keep developing the platform and providing hands-on school support.

​Instead of paying for a band of students, you can now simply pay for the exact number of Premium students you need (e.g. 285 students, instead of 201-400 students). This ensures you only pay for what you use and keeps the cost per student pricing down.

Graduated students can now continue to access the platform at no extra cost for as long as they are connected to your school account. This supports ongoing career development, allows students to retain their ePortfolio and credentials, and helps schools stay connected with alumni and track post-school destinations.
