We are work with close to 600 high schools and need a bubbly, people person who can manage this huge client patch. We are on the hunt for someone who is passionate about building lasting relationships with our points of contact in and out of school.

The ideal account manager will be a commercially minded problem solver. Our goal is to add value to every school’s curriculum; and every interaction with a school should support this goal. Schools rely on us for project integration strategy (advice on how to use the product), implementation and feedback on usage. Too, some of our best product developments come from within schools, so we are on the hunt for a friendly face that can touch base with our paying clients to seek feedback and drive best practice usage.

Building client experience is the centre and purpose of this role.


To manage the day-to-day operations of the TCD’s outward facing B2B market presence. This can include program implementation and program training.
To design and deliver custom client experiences for schools through scaled agile ways of working.
To develop strategic client relationships focusing on delivering the best of TCD.
To manage the renewals process for our 600 schools nationally (including complying usage reports).
To manage the CRM strategy that leads new school sales.
To compile user data (both anecdotal and behavioural) and feed this into the partnership and strategy team.


  • Qualifications in a business, technology or education.

  • Experience in account management and contract negotiation favourable.

  • Strong commercial orientation and high level of business acumen,

  • Highly developed communication, organisational and influencing skills.

  • Experience in stakeholder mapping with the ability to mobilise customer stakeholders to advocate for our product or service within their organisation favourable.

  • Should be highly organised with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders at the same time.

  • Should have high attention to detail.

  • Most importantly, must be good with people and have a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.
