Customer Success Executive

We're looking for an ambitious Customer Success Executive. Your main responsibility is to support our School Partnerships Managers in building and maintaining our relationships with schools around Australia.

As a customer success executive your main responsibility is to support our School Partnerships Managers in building and maintaining our relationships with schools around Australia. 


This will involve building your own relationships with individual schools as well as working with the rest of the school sales team to develop activations and campaigns to nurture these relationships. You should be highly motivated and work well as part of a team with outstanding communication skills and attitude to match.

  • Experience with CRM (or willingness to learn).

  • Experience with email marketing platforms (or willingness to learn).


Within the role you will be working with the wider BD team:

  • Managing existing partner schools to ensure product satisfaction

  • Attracting new schools to the platform and building market share

  • Developing and driving initiatives to help achieve business goals (e.g. content, webinars, PD activities)

  • Working with the broader partnerships and content teams

  • Leverage school partnerships to develop parent subscriptions

  • Attending network meetings and events to build market awareness and relationships

  • Engage with peak bodies to develop relationships in school markets


Your success will be heavily influenced by quality conversations and the quantity of those conversations. You will be assigned realistic targets that will equate to a healthy on target earning.

Offer: Base salary + Super + OTE
